1. Services

10Tier Marketing provides digital marketing services including SEO, guest posting, content writing, PPC, social media marketing, web design, campaign management and related consultancy.

2. Proposals and scope

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, pricing and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote or change request.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access to websites or platforms, and permission to use any supplied materials. Delays in feedback or access may affect timelines.

4. Content and approvals

Marketing content, landing pages, adverts and outreach materials may require client approval before publication. The client is responsible for checking factual accuracy, legal claims and regulated-industry requirements before approving publication.

5. Third-party platforms

Services may rely on search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, publishers, hosting providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or ranking fluctuations controlled by third parties.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are payable according to the agreed invoice or proposal. Late payment may delay work or delivery.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, paid-for final deliverables created specifically for the client may be used by the client for their business. 10Tier retains rights in its processes, templates, know-how and reusable systems.

8. Limitation of liability

Digital marketing outcomes can be affected by competition, platform changes, client implementation and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue or advertising results.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
